I love Surrender to chance they offer such a great selection of fragrance decants and all for a very fair price! I appreciate that they have a 1ml spray option and that the decants are very high quality :) its not to see a decant site offer Guerlain too as many don't. No complaints as of yet and I intend to continue to purchase from them in the future! Also I really appreciate that they often hand write a thank you on the order slip, adds an extra special touch <3
Perfect experience buying some perfume samples over my usual bad habit of bottle blind buying. This Company and another new favorite sent a nice warm welcome email and quickly got my 2 samples over to me. This will be my new go-to for feeding my obsession with perfume and wanting to try new scents without committing to an entire bottle. I do love that you have the choice of different sizes vis one size. This company along with another ensure that I can try all the scents my heart desires. Bookmarked and could not be happier.
I ordered a sample of Coty Styx , I am very familiar with the scent however what I received was an entirely different fragrance. Whatever they have is not authentic and smells horrible . It was a complete waste of money because they do not accept returns . If you're interested in this fragrance do not buy it here because you receive a cheap substitute that smells nothing like the original.
I have ordered from them several times now, maybe 6 times. They have an extensive collection of fragrances. It's mostly niche. There's vintage, Indy, and designer. I was able to get my hands on a couple of fragrances that aren't sold in the U.S.Prices are relatively good. Shipping is pretty fast.Cons: This is a small business, so sometimes they don't respond to emails immediately. The PayPal pay in 4 button doesn't work. You have to fill out the whole form.Overall score 9/10
I purchased two samples and I am very happy with my first-time purchase from Surrendertochance.com. Items as described, shipped quickly, good pricing and smell authentic. I'm so happy I discovered this website. They have a nice selection and now I can try a lot of different fragrances without having to commit to a full-sized bottle. Highly recommended.
I've never had a bad experience with them. Of all the decant companies I've purchased from, their service has been the quickest. I've only had to contact customer service once, and their response was timely and polite. I highly regard this company and will continue to shop with them.
Not the best selection but it’s hard to be everything to everyone. I have ordered more than once from STC with only good things to say about the actual orders. It’s true that STC can be a bit slow compared to the expectation of big box companies. Took off one star for those minor quibbles. Overall a trustworthy and reliable decant service.
It's been 6 weeks and the item hasn't arrived. 6 weeks for cologne!!! It took 3 days for customer service to reply and I got zero updates along the way. In fact I got a request to review but NO PRODUCT HAS ARRIVED!Shirley Slover from customer service was especially bad. She doesn't help with anything.
