When I reported the issue, they requested my order number but failed to follow up after I provided it, even though I continued to send emails. It might be wise to consider other options.
I ordered a shiny alpha pupitar and mistakenly received a regular alpha pupitar in excellent condition. However, within 10 minutes of reaching out to the support team, I received the shiny version I initially requested. They allowed me to keep the original one sent and even included a master ball with my shiny. I really appreciate this platform and have been a loyal customer for years due to their fantastic customer service.
