I ordered a picture visor clip however, when it came in the product was absolutely horrible. I couldn't see the picture underneath the plastic that held the picture to the visor. It was cheap and poorly made. The picture was a flimsy piece of paper. They over charged me and actually added a tip to my order after I placed my order. They offered free shipping however, took it off my order after I submitted it. I noticed these charges when they sent my invoice. I tried reaching out via email with no luck. I'm pretty sure it was AI or computer generated responses as they never answered my questions. I asked for contact information for a manager or someone else who could help, but they refused to provide any information. I wished I read the reviews before I purchased from this website.
The product is beautiful and the customer support helped me solve the shipping problem I had with the courrier. They sent a second one for free because the shipping courrier couldn’t find my address. Thank you!
I was feeling emotional frustrated, because my package got stolen by one of my neighbors. But myspotifyglass support made it really fast, and easy to reorder my package, it was really convenient, and they were very understanding. I'm really glad there were able to fix my problem. What you get is a cheaper, lower-quality version of what was advertised, and it doesnt match the standard or craftsmanship if you would buy off independent artists on ETSY. I would not recommend purchasing from scammers.
Product always arrives well made and intact, no breaks. I had a mistake with mine and reached out and they have been very communicative and respond quickly with thorough emails and explanations of what is going on and asking how they can help.
