Warning: This is a scam! I placed an order on November 2nd and have sent multiple emails since early December regarding non-delivery. Their usual reply is that the items are with the courier and that delivery depends on my location. It has now been 1.5 months and I still haven't received anything! I'm very disappointed, especially since it keeps appearing on social media.

From the very start of my purchase until now, I have clearly been scammed. There's been no communication, no tracking information, and the absence of my order has left me with little faith that this isn't a scam. There has been no resolution or even an offer to resend the items. When they mentioned a refund, they said there would be a charge for their error... I'm extremely disappointed and hope no one else has to endure this situation.
