I am new to this company as they started distributing the Paul Mitchell brand i use for my hairdressing business.Signing up was easy and all the correspondence from the staff has been prompt and courteous. I was accepted for a credit account also which was completed within a week. I have placed two orders so far, all the items have been available, fast delivery and boxed well.
Sweet Squared Customer Service is second to none. I had an issue with an order that arrived yesterday lunchtime. I emailed (quite apologetically as I hate complaining!). By the end of the day Brianca and Clarissa had sorted the problem and replacements were in the post, due to arrive today. They are both a credit to the company whose tag line is "love and respect". I certainly felt that yesterday and that is why they're the best. Thank you! ❤️
I've done the majority of my nail tech training with Sweet Squared and they are fabulous. Victoria Trafford has always been my educator and she's wonderful. Such a great person, kind, patient and encourages you. The team are also great, very helpful, sorted out any problems I've had. The shop is great to visit as is the online shop. There's such a great variety. I would highly recommend Sweet Squared to anyone. Top Class
