If I could give zero stars, I would. This agency is easily the most unprofessional outfit I have ever encountered.Payment Issues: Don’t expect to get your money on time—or at all without a fight. I had to wait two weeks just to receive my holiday pay, which is legally mine. They treat your hard-earned wages like a suggestion rather than an obligation.Toxic Management: The manager, Viky, is shockingly rude. Instead of behaving like a professional and resolving payroll errors, she resorts to aggression. When I dared to question where my money was, she actually tried to threaten me with the police. It is a common tactic to intimidate workers so they stop asking for their pay.Terrible Community: The atmosphere and the way they treat their staff is bottom-tier. There is zero support, zero respect, and a total lack of integrity across the board.Bottom line: If you value your sanity and want to actually be paid for the work you do, stay far away from Swift Temps. They are a "company" that prefers threats over basic accounting.
