My 5th order and made some more. Really happy with the price they offer for quality. I usually keep my budget low and expect huge profit and I found the perfect wholesaler. I have tried lots of wholesalers where the price is low but if something goes wrong they will ghost you. And had no issue with syed. Will stick with them for constant supply of my inventory
Overall I think this company has good intentions and do a good job to a certain level but there are certain things they need to change in order to make things clearer and give the customer a better experience.Good PointsFirstly I think there prices are very competitive compared to other companies that provide a similar service.Secondly they did a good job with initial communication.Third the items are of good sellable quality.Things to improveFirst- Communication beyond initial confirmation of order needs to be improved- There was a stock issue with my order but I was not made aware of this until I followed up with them after the companies promised delivery window. I had to follow up with them twice to get this information.Secondly- When I got replies to my emails it was often followed by "I will get back to you shortly" and I was often not got back too unless I emailed first asking for another update.Third- Website needs to be clearer so you can have a look at what is currently in stock and what is incoming stock. One section needs to be if you are buying to get stuff as soon as and then have a separate section for stuff that is coming in the future that people can pre-order, this would make everything easier to navigate.Overall I think this company tries hard to do the right by their customers but there are somethings that need to be improved such as communication and the time it takes to solve issues and making the website clearer and easier to navigate. It took 3 weeks from order date to me receiving the items which had to be changed as there was a 'stock issue'. I do appreciate that to help make up for the issues I did have they sent some extra items as compensation and once the issues were solved I received my order the next day.I would potentially use this company again in hope that things would be better second time round but not something I would rush into.
Ordered some Diesel and G-Star grade A jeans. Lot's of good Y2K pieces so was happy with that. Some items were not as expected due to being a lower grade than A, mainly due to stains i could not remove, but Syed rectified this when they became aware with a partial refund to cover any loss, which shows they care and have good customer service. I would of made a profit anyway as there were some great items, so this is a bonus! Worth the price as they where only £3 each anyway excl shipping and tax, others charge more then that for B grade so i would def buy again.
My first order arrived and within moments of opening my package I knew I'd made the right choice with Syed Vintage Wholesale. I'm based in London so was worried it would be difficult if anything went wrong but I couldn't have been happier. The products were above my expectations for what I paid and have already sold a couple pieces making v decent profit. Highly recommend
