cheap products that arrived smelling awful and a little damp. thedelivery driver was a little odd too, phoning me and assuming i wasn’t in for literally no reason as they hadn’t knocked on or rang the video doorbell.
Very disappointing and misleading experience.I placed an order with Builders Insulation and was initially told that the materials would be delivered. After completing the order, they suddenly changed their story and told me I would need to collect the materials myself, and only then would they tell me the warehouse location.Then they said they don’t operate on Saturdays, which was never mentioned beforehand. Eventually, they directed me to another company to collect the materials, and it became clear they were simply reselling another company’s products at a higher price without adding any real value.This is extremely unprofessional and misleading. They gave false expectations about delivery and acted as a middleman just to increase the price.I would not recommend this company. Very poor transparency and a complete waste of time.
