SCAM. Initially they charge you 1 Euro - then after just 2 weeks, without any extra information 30.... Be aware. No company details, nothing. I guess - best to report to ec.europa.eu consumers odr for taking the company down. Scam not following any EU rules.
Be aware they use a bunch of different domain names now using resumaker - but seams to be one company registerd in Spain.
Scam! do not fall into a trap for paying small amount making a resume, your card will be automatically subscribed to payment after 14days of trial without authorization they take 1216.99php on my card.
This service engages in deceptive practices. They initially charge $1 for CV help, but after a 14-day trial, they unlawfully deduct $30. I asked to cancel the auto-renewal immediately, but they denied my request. Extremely untrustworthy; I have reported them to consumer protection agencies and disputed the charge with my bank.
This is clearly a scam. They initially charged me $1 for CV assistance, then after a 14-day trial, they took $30 from my account without my consent. I tried to cancel the auto-renewal immediately, but they refused. I've reported this to consumer protection agencies and disputed the charge with my bank.
These people are absolute clowns. They scammed me out of 399 SEK. They don’t make it clear whether you’re signed up for a subscription or not. I received no emails regarding any benefits of this subscription. It’s infuriating to see this has been happening for years. They seem to ignore feedback and continue to profit from this deceitful practice.
This is a scam. They charge a low initial price for a single CV but take your account details. You’ll be automatically subscribed without any notification. After two weeks, they charge you a significantly higher amount for renewal. Do not fall for this. Cancelling the subscription is not straightforward on their website.
This is a complete scam! When you purchase a one-time CV service, it automatically subscribes you to a monthly fee, which is deducted from your credit card without warning. This is clearly a deceptive sales tactic. Many others have reported similar experiences, and I am also a victim.
The site is misleading regarding payment details. I created my CV, paid to download it, and requested not to save my payment details. After 14 days, I was charged for a subscription I did not agree to. I found a small note on their site stating that clicking 'pay' would result in additional charges after 14 days, which was not clear at the time of download.
