I renewed my contract and it was quick and simple, the person that dealt with it was called Lefty and he was very polite and respectful, I just wished there were more people like Lefty in other services and authorities.

absolute Scam , it never working correctly, consistently droping signal/connection. Network only provided outstanding for new customers, then if you extend contract you get nothing. No help , no technical support all services only from Monday to Friday until 9pm , then you literally have no one to contact for support and to fix your problem until next day and even then it's just temporary fixas from 9pm afain uouwont have internet. If you workig from home or study , that is the worst internet company you get. Paying for nothing! Scam !
It was easy to navigate the options, find the right team first time and the customer support agent that supported me Nico was fast, friendly and efficient. They dealt with my request perfectly. Had a great renew experience with renewing my contract , the lady helped me and spoke very well and had alot of manners and service was really good which was amazing the person i spoke to was called - Andy .
The technical service provided by Giselle was clear and easy to understand. When it was understood that there was nothing I could do on my end they quickly offered to send a replacement for the faulty part
Been a customer for 4 years. Left because their website was advertising 1Gbps to new customers for less than I was paying for 150Mbps. Sent an email flagging this - no response in 7 days.
Decided to switch. Called to cancel and have been on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer.
The service itself was fine. But the pricing structure actively punishes loyalty, customer support is unresponsive, and the cancellation process feels deliberately obstructive. Not the experience you'd expect after 4 years.
Would not recommend.
Renewal time... Always interesting to see what an existing supplier can do to sweeten a renewal when there are very public, very juicy offers out there for new customers! Andy did a great job, and I'm quite satisfied with what is promised for the next couple of years' service provision. My thanks also to the other two agents that called - unfortunately the call dropped at a critical moment, and Andy was the one who completed the deal. Kudos to all of you!
