Prior to buying the titanium watch band for the Apple Watch Ultra 3, I made contact with support to ask questions about the size of the band and whether half links were provided. Support got back to me promptly and answered all questions to my satisfaction. The support officer was very helpful and said the company was continually improving their products.I have since purchased the band and very happy with the purchase.
I recently tried the Ultra Supply Apple Watch band and, overall, I had mixed feelings. Unfortunately, the material didn’t live up to my expectations. It felt firm and somewhat unforgiving against my skin, which made it uncomfortable to wear, especially for extended periods. Comfort is a top priority for me with watch bands, and this one missed the mark in that area.On a more positive note, the hardware is well-made and has a quality finish. The color matches the Apple Watch Ultra nicely, which I appreciated — it definitely looks good from a design standpoint.That said, due to the uncomfortable feel, I don’t see myself using this band for long stretches. It might work for short wear or specific occasions, but it’s not a go-to for all-day use.
Recieved an awesome band as a gift. I had an issue installing it later to find out something wasn't right. I reached out and right away from a representative. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Definitely recommend doing business with them.
