Deceptive top-up experience

This is a follow-up to my earlier complaint, which seems to have gone unnoticed. Always verify your receipt when sending top-ups, especially to Jamaica. I never anticipated needing to ask my recipients to confirm the amount they received. Today, I sent a top-up of $2004.40 JMD, which included $488.80 JMD. However, the recipient only received $1441.00, not the $1603.52 indicated on the receipt. This isn't the fault of the service providers in Jamaica!

Account closed without notice

My account was closed without any warning or explanation! I used this service for just over a month to top up two tourist prepaid SIMs while on an extended holiday in Argentina. As a UK resident and US citizen, I needed multiple transactions due to the maximum limit. After completing 4 out of 6 purchases, my transactions were suddenly blocked, and the support team informed me my account had been closed without a reason. I had to switch to a different service and lost the points I had accumulated.
