I left Northampton Sytner Select with the vehicle I wanted and got an excellent price on my part exchange.
difficult to arrange service and test drive. Took 4 phone calls to book a service as no one either available or when i called a different team and left a message no one called back. Also arranged a week in advance while the car was being serviced to test drive 2 vehicles. Was all agreed but on arrival none available. In the end got to test drive a managers Sport but no defender. Not a great experience really from a premium brand outfit.
Job was done quickly. however £750 for oil, plugs and some filters. is shocking. £81 for an inspection is scandalous. the video is nonsense that they send, it may be impressive for the clueless but its an insult to anyone with a brain cell. it was going for an MNOT with you i didnt need to pay £81 to tell me tyre depth and pads and disk status. actually didnt even notice the top mount had play, which you pointed out 3 years ago and missed last year as well. theres a lot of overcharging on invoice.

I booked a 90 minute waiting MOT slot. However, they hadn't even looked at my car by the time the 90 minute slot was up. However, they then offered me a courtesy car so I could get back to work and even arranged for my car to be returned to me and the courtesy car to be collected later in the day. I think the lack of communication when they knew they weren't going to make the 90 minutes was poor and they could have offered me the courtesy car when I arrived rather than waiting until the full 90 minutes was up. But to be fair to them, they did eventually put it right.
You get a video of the work done. Your vehicle is returned clean and the job is always done well. The company calls the next day to make sure I am happy with the work done.
We took our M240i x drive in for a parking sensor fault. Left the car at 9.30 am the fault was diagnosed new sensor ordered and fitted by 3pm all done under warranty. Thank you for your excellent service
