Review Time
I placed the order back in October and had it sent to the venue in CA. When I arrived in Nov and opened the packages, I found that the plates were extremely flimsy. I had no option except to use the plates because it was too late to reorder. Several of our guests ended up with food on the floor. I ordered a vine for the Guest of Honor and 4x packages of additional gold silverware which still has not shown up. The vine showed up a few days after the party. I contacted the company about both issues and requested a refund for the vine and silverware but still have not received any correspondence. The company's customer service is awful. The prices seem good until you see the quality of the product. Buyer beware and dont expect a refund by being nice, it doesnt work
Received shipment of which half were cracked…no padding around items. When tried to email about problem they referred me to the main website for ordering again. Emailed again and no response. Now have an incomplete place setting with event couple days away. Note: as of December 11th have tried 4 times to post negative review and site wouldn’t save it…I guess they only save positive reviews.
