Before we ended the call, she suggested we pray together, which moved me deeply. The next day, I faced the loss of my Mom, but when I spoke with another representative, I received the same kindness. Save your time and money. This service is utterly disappointing. Every couple of months, we have to replace the equipment due to issues. Even with Wi-Fi extenders in every room, it doesn’t improve the situation. I would rather have no internet than deal with them again.
The speed I’m getting is nowhere near what was promised. I can only manage 2 bars on their equipment. I’ve tried various locations in my home and even outside, where I had at least 3 bars, but the speed remains disappointing. I live in a somewhat hilly area, and my cell signal is only 2-3 bars. I pay about $60 for my current service and $100 for slightly faster speeds isn’t worth it to me. With three people in my household, we often experience lag, even when using their equipment. I feel the cost is too high for the speed provided, especially in a remote area where faster internet is not available. I recently contacted customer service, but the representative didn’t provide much information and just kept asking if I needed anything else. I’m considering returning their equipment. Paying more for just a small speed increase doesn’t seem worthwhile.

This internet service is fantastic. After an outage with another provider, I had trouble getting my router back to normal. I called technical support, and they resolved the issue quickly and without hassle. I previously used another service but found speeds greatly improved with this one, often exceeding 100 mbps. You can't ask for better service or internet, especially in a rural area.
This internet has been the worst I have ever used. The maximum download speed is only 19 mbps, and it takes forever to load anything requiring Wi-Fi. After some time, they slowed it down to a point where it was nearly unusable. I strongly advise against this service!
It’s better than nothing, but barely. The highest download speed I’ve achieved is around 5.5 or 6 mbps, and now it’s dropped to under 2 mbps. I called to cancel the service after less than a month due to its poor performance. It seems they provide decent service initially, just to keep you stuck with their expensive equipment, but then it drops significantly. I recommend steering clear of this company.
