Please, please, please do not buy anything from this website. The whole story, pictures of the family, etc, is AI generated and is a scam. All the photos are stolen from legitimate sites and you’re going to receive fake, Chinese garbage you can’t return.These fraudsters operate out of China and they keep changing their website name to stay ahead of all the reviews. Look up Manea Pearls, Naia Pearls. They don’t even take the time to design a new website site or have their AI write a new story.Scam! Fraud! Chinese fake sh**
Total fraud! Same as other comments - fake jewelry- plastic pearls on cheap metal chains. Pink pearls are glass beads on a string - not knotted no clasp - not AAAA quality. No “signature gift boxes” all came in plastic ziploc type bags. Reported to Amex and got the charge reversed. Stay away from them!!!!
This is a scam. Ordered a few items, luckily cheaper ones. "Gold" jewlery is sterling silver. The earrings even came on a card that said sterling silver. The pearls are also beads. Even asked for a return/refund, I was told sale items are final sale and no refunds. Since all items are on sale, do not expect them to offer you a refund. Items also all came in different cheap, plastic bags, some with pricing stickers pulled off. Possible a Temu or Shein item they are reselling.
I received my purchase today and it was delivered from Hialeah, Florida. NOT from anywhere the tracking information was coming from. THEY ARE FAKE AND CHEAP LOOKING. I can't believe that I fell for the scam. It was a birthday gift that should have just been left as a wish.
Don’t trust this merchant. I got scammed by these people. I ordered high quality baroque pearl necklaces and I got cheap tiger eye necklaces. They only can give me 20% of store credit and if I want a full refund I will have to send them the items at my cost. I emailed them back to say that I’m not happy with how they handled the business and they didn’t responded back to me. The items took almost a month to ship it to my home and I received junk cheap jewelry instead of high quality pearls jewelry. I fell for the add mentioning that they are closing down the business after 60 years because one of the founder passed away. Don’t fall for this. They are scammers
Cheap, costume jewelry!! It’s all a scam! Everything came in plastic bubble packaging, with no certificate of authenticity. I emailed customer service right away, and they said I could return for store credit. No way I’d want to consider exchanging for any other “discounted” junk to add to my jewelry collection! I’ve contacted my credit card as this is a fraudulent company that does not supply the products they are claiming to sell you on their website.
