I purchased extra long boxes in extra extra large according to their size chart. These were far too big and to be fair they straightaway offered me a one time Replacement so I bought extra large for the Replacement however some do not fit. They are smaller than the others and now I am wearing 6 out of the 10 that do fit they are coming apart so they're not very well made I would not buy again, kiss my money goodbye and go back to step one.
Total useless customer service, they keep passing the buck saying contact the post office, it says it was out for delivery, that was 11 days ago, it doesn’t take 11 days to deliver to my address as I’m less than a mile away from the post office, all they do is give you a tracking number which says out for delivery so I’ve asked for a refund or resend the item, I’ve contacted them about 4 times over the last week, but it’s like they don’t care as long as they have your money, be careful if you buying of them
Similar to other reviewers I was sceptical about ordering from Facebook, but took a chance, and found Biofit to be 2 sizes too small.

I contacted Milly who had a great attitude & sent a replacement pack of 3XL without any concern.
Time will tell re the actual longevity of the boxer shorts; but they are very comfortable.

The quality of the boxer shorts is exceptional! They are incredibly soft and breathable—my boyfriend finds them very comfortable and feels fresher. There's no chafing at all, which was his main concern when trying this brand. They are so soft, making it nice to cuddle up! I'm very pleased with the quality and especially impressed by the customer service! A representative went above and beyond to assist me with some sizing issues. My boyfriend usually wears a M-L, but for some reason in this brand, he needed an XL. She helped us resolve it quickly and without any extra charges, which I truly appreciate. Thanks to the team!
I purchased the bamboo boxers almost a year ago and I'm happy to report they have proven to be very durable, lightweight, and comfortable to wear. The only slight drawback is that the lettering tends to fade since it's ironed on, but that doesn't really bother me.
My grandmother ordered boxers for my grandad but mistakenly chose the wrong size. I contacted customer support for a return, and they were incredibly helpful, sending the correct size without any hassle. They even let us keep the original order! This kind gesture is rare, and now my grandmother, grandad, and I all have comfortable new underwear. Thank you!
