I started working with Louie at Black Biscuit almost a year before actually ordering the team's roller pants They helped us design them, answered questions, sent samples and waited patiently as my team kept adding and removing players. We were very happy with the pants by the time we finally ordered them. It was a great experience and I'd recommend them to anybody. Note: this was not my first experience ordering team apparel from Black Biscuit, and it won't be my last.
I reached out to Black Biscuit in late July for New Jerseys and Socks for my LE hockey team and got a quick response from Lou DeSimini (less than 24 hours). Lou was polite and courteous the entire time and answered all of my questions quickly. I had many hand inputting ideas and changes into these uniforms and after all the back and forth I had a completed (idea to uniforms received) product by October. I’ve worked with numerous companies and never had such an easy time creating a uniform. Any questions I had or small details I needed corrected were quickly done by Lou and his team. Lou and Black Biscuit definitely have a new customer for life and I highly recommend this company!
