Review Time
Firstly items are supposed to be manufactured in USA - waited approximately 3 weeks and they actually came from China. Sizing ridiculously small and certainly not accurate despite following their sizing chart. Quality of goods awful and to my mind look nothing like the items on their website. When trying to get refund offered a ridiculous amount which I refused - asked for a total refund but they said that I would have to pay return postage. Settled on what I though was £100 but when it came through it was $100 which leaves me with 4 items that are no good to me and I don't even like for approx. £45. Awful experience - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not use this company ...they are not helpful to deal with. My items did not arrive on time for my travels..which is why i ordered and checjed delivery times. . There was no warning at checkout that delivery would take such a long tome. When I tried contacting them they were patronising in their reply, were not at all concerned I would not get the items and would not clarify they would refund the item and postage. I can't comment on the quality of goods as don't yet have them.....But the quality of the customer service makes this an experience not to be recommended. It looks like from the reviews on here that I am.not the only one with this frustrating experience

Customer service??Took several weeks to receive. Ordered sweater and dress -both too big. I want to return. No phone number to call them. Need to contact online. The web address provided for returns does not come up. On return policy-says will not accept if they were not connected before returning. Not sure how to contact them. How did others return merchandise they did not want???
