I got from Italian guy Sexmassages, like which color my hair in my intimate zone is etc...and some jokes about blond hair on head an in the intimate zone, I wrote that in the reference of that guy to warn other woman. I didn`t say dirty words, I just wrote what he had written to me. Than I was accused of mobbing. Because it looks like for tandem a woman who is sexually harressed needs to be silent because when saying the truth its mobbing...mybe the guys pay and tandem needs the customers, but in a time of "me too" it souldn´t be okay to keep women silent and learn langues while being offendend with sex talk

My experience with Tandem support has been very positive. After my account was banned, especially over the weekend, I was worried it would take a long time to resolve. Good point:-Not CCP Chinese communist app like HelloTalk!-Doesn’t censor people from Taiwan, Hong Kong etc. You can say Taiwan is a country! -Nice interface and easy to use Moderation team does great job!Bad point:-Many scammers -profile is almost invisible if you don’t pay -membership is too expensive. Very expensive.
A racist person in a chat told me that I’m not British because of the colour of my skin. I said I am British she said “your face betrays you”I responded by telling her that you need some education on your ignorance… and guess what? I get a warning because this is how sexist and racist the moderators are on the app. They literally do nothing to her for telling an ethnic minority whilst laughing. You’re not British because you don’t look quite European… but because I got annoyed and told her she needs an education for her ignorance I get a warning… I’ve even had it when someone’s been abusive with me and I’ve been abusive back with them in retaliation and they have warned me and when I’ve reported them, they respond by saying they’re not going to warn that person… even though that person’s language was far more offensive than mine. The moderators are extremely racist and prejudice. This constant racism, sexual harassment and homophobic language in the tandem parties. And no one ever gets a warning or banned there.

Non fatelo mai. State su Tandem. Too many people with other intentions.I'm very sorry to write it but I met four friends, three of whom were scammers. They asked me to continue writing to each other using other social networks. Don't ever do it. Stay on Tandem.
