This guys are scammers. They will advertise very cheap flights with big discounts. When you pay. They do a follow-up call and ask you that the return flight has been fully booked and you will need to top up more money. They will then send you a separate link to add more money, this is where they get your bank details and probably scam you in future. Thank God I was able to call the airline and got my ticket code and had to ask them to change that mail. The scammer name was james with a strong Indian accent. Do not trust these people.

BE REALLY CAREFUL WITH THIS PEOPLE, THEY ARE SCAM. Bought my thicket with them for $513,96, but they ain't confirm it. Next they, Ashton wake me up early morning explaining me if i do not pay the total amount of $1078,96 my ticket may be cancel on my way back to state. I refused to pay the amount. I checked my email and i saw a booking reference # from them, and another email ask me to sign authorization for they charge me $1078,96 but the payment at my credit card doesn't went charge me yet. Ashton call me all the time try put some pressure on me to pay the amount of $1078.96. I called my credit card, ask them if i have any $513,96 pending charge on my balance, they said no and i did explain what happed. They immediately canceled my credit card. They did explain me that they will send me another one in 4 to 6 business day and i am able to use my virtual credit card for online transaction. What i learn is: Ashton try put press on me to force myself to make a mistake, pay the amount that his want. His keeping telling that i'm gonna loose my money if i don't pay the amount of $1078,96. BE REALLY CAREFUL WITH THEM, DO NOT BE NERVOUS AND TRY NOT BE AFRAID ABOU IT, KEEP CALM BECAUSE THEY WANT TO IS YOU AUTHORIZE THEY TO PROCEED AND ROB YOURSELF.

Avoid this website!

This website is a scam! They allow you to make a booking, then follow up with an email stating that the ticket prices have increased, demanding significantly more money. They even attempted to separate our children from us on different flights as a means to extract more funds. I recommend checking the credit threads and BBB reviews for numerous complaints. Save your time and avoid this service.

Communication Issues Made This Experience Frustrating

I struggled to understand her and had to repeatedly ask her to clarify her responses. Her answers were often unclear, and she would quickly change them, leaving me confused. This has turned into a stressful situation during my vacation. I eventually had to request that the original agent who booked my tickets contact me for clarification on the issues discussed.

Made my Issue Right

Had a bad experience with rep named Stella and supervisor Sebastian they refused to help me and said it was my problem for not understanding terms and conditions and used it against me and strong armed me into spending 290 more for airline tickets. Got a call from Addy 11/6 he took the time to listen to me and was very empathetic with me and apologized profusely for the way I was treated from other agents! Although I had an initial bad experience with the call from Addy and offering to compensate me for paying more and offering vochers for future flight he made me feel as though my business is appreciated. Although my initial review was bad the company’s willingness to make things right is greatly appreciated and I will be doing business with them as well!! Great Company don’t hesitate to do business with them. Thank you Addy and Kristy!!
