Exceptional Support from the Representative

The representative was truly outstanding. He extended his time after closing hours to help me resolve an issue with sending an invoice. We began about 15 minutes before his shift ended, and he continued assisting me for around 25 minutes beyond his scheduled time. Throughout the interaction, his attitude remained professional and patient.
