I paid £79 for a coat and it came and looked nothing like it. They offered me to send it back out of my own cost for full refund. I’m from UK… they asked me to send back to China. When I say the coat I bought didn’t look anything like the website I mean it’s like they used a completely different picture to what actually arrived. Do not buy from this place as they willl scam you and then charge you for sending it back so you don’t get the full price of things back anyway
Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.
The item I received was not as advertised, and was also the wrong item and the wrong size, medium feels like an extra small. They are not UK products, made in China!
When I contacted customer service, I expected a straightforward resolution. Instead, I was repeatedly offered partial refunds (15%, then 25%, then 35%) as “goodwill gestures” and told I would need to pay international return postage myself to receive a full refund despite the error being on their side.
I clearly explained that under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, items that are not as described are entitled to a full refund without the customer being left out of pocket, but this was ignored in favour of “company policy.” Policies should not override consumer law.
While responses were polite in tone, the outcome felt unfair and frustrating, and I had to spend significant time repeatedly restating the same points. I would advise others to be cautious, especially if you are ordering internationally, as resolving issues may be difficult if something goes wrong.

Very disappointing experience with Tiviora. They claim to offer returns, but in reality they do not give you any proper option to return an item. The only way is to contact customer service by email — and that’s a joke because they are completely unavailable and do not respond. This feels misleading and unfair to customers. A returns process should be simple and accessible, not hidden behind unanswered emails. I would not recommend buying from this company unless you’re willing to risk being stuck with an item you can’t return.
