We have been using Taxually for our VAT registrations in 7 different countries for the last two years. We are very happy with the service they provide. They have helped resolve various issues that arise and have helped with new registrations and transferring registrations. I find the support is always prompt and helpful and would highly recommend them.
I did joint TEXUALLY in oct 23. After an initial period not at all satisfactory, I have to say that in the lately months things are really going much better, with prompt replies to queries and request of action. I am very happy now with them and hope they will keep the same professionality in the future.
Particularly over the last 6 months Taxually support has been prompt, helpful and effective whenever i have contacted them. There have been quite a few upgrades to the VAT portal as well which now provides more detailed information and better navigation.
Very bad experience, we are already paying for almost a full year but we dont even have an active German VAT ID, they failed to enroll us but keep debiting money from our bank account. We have the biggest trouble getting our money back and canelling the subscription.
