I was really disappointed with how misleading the show homes were. The show properties were beautifully presented with high‑quality carpets and wooden flooring, which gave the impression that this was the standard finish. However, the actual home comes with none of that. No carpets, no flooring — just bare floors throughout.
For the price of a new home, basic flooring should be included. Having to spend a large amount of extra money immediately after moving in feels unfair and should be made much clearer from the start. Buyers deserve transparency, not surprises.
I reached out to this company with a straightforward enquiry and, disappointingly, never received a reply. A basic acknowledgment or even a brief update would have shown a level of professionalism and respect for customers. Unfortunately, the lack of communication speaks volumes about their customer service.

We bought a detached four-bedroom home, and problems arose immediately upon moving in. The kitchen finishing was subpar, with units not properly secured. It became exhausting to address even the simplest issues. The lack of attention to detail in the development is disappointing. With so many problems, I would never choose this developer again. Their post-purchase attitude seems to be that they have your money and don’t care. The aftercare is chaotic, with poorly finished fences, missed pointing, shoddy plumbing, and doors that aren’t aligned…the list goes on. The garden needed significant work! My advice to potential buyers is to look elsewhere, not this developer. (North Yorkshire). Extremely disappointing.
