They shipped them out quickly, and they made it across the ocean without any issues, only to be lost by customs in Chicago. I reached out to the support team, and they suggested waiting a few days. After that time, they decided to reprint my order and send it via expedited shipping. I received them today, and I'm thrilled! They are super clear, of excellent quality, and the customer service was outstanding. I will definitely order from them again.

This was my first experience ordering tokens, and I appreciated receiving extra cards than I initially requested. The feel of the card and the custom image I uploaded are fantastic. However, I can't give it a full 5-star review because the edges of each card are raised, possibly due to the cutting process. Additionally, the edges are completely white and cosmetically damaged, making them look heavily used instead of brand new.
