As a seasoned trader, I was initially skeptical about yet another EA firm promising to simplify algo trading. However, POW has proven to be much more than a typical off-the-shelf EA. It's a comprehensive ecosystem designed to help you establish a sustainable process for building a successful trading system.Pros:1. Exceptional support from approachable and knowledgeable individuals like John and Chris.2. A data-driven system that inspires confidence and provides the right tools for navigating ever-changing markets.3. A state-of-the-art Portfolio Builder tool that simplifies backtesting, optimizes arrangements to maximize profits, and minimizes risks.4. Ample resources for diversifying portfolios and practicing effective risk management.5. A helpful and responsive helpdesk that assists with even the most basic queries (I admit to indulging in those).Cons:It's not a plug-and-play system and requires a decent level of engagement and effort to execute effectively. In hindsight, this is the cornerstone of a sustainable, individualized process.Bottom line: POW offers a unique opportunity to set up a sustainable algo trading system with the right resources and guidance.
Do yourself a favour and save your money, go on holiday or simply put into some savings account. I was with pow for about 6 months and didn’t see any progress and when I asked for help all I was told to do was to build a portfolio and let it run, then offered a “vip” program for $10k which is quite shocking if you ask me. Also don’t bother with the copy trading as it’s not “free” because 20% of any profit goes to them which is fair. However you’ll most likely lose your money because that’s what happened to me, master account reaching ridiculous dd and even if you had a hard stop set up, the account would still be going into dd.Overall a not so pleasant experience, a lot of money lost and a lot of regret.
