This organization operates as a facade, not as the main entity you believe you are engaging with. Do not anticipate any support or service here. Never again.

I bought a product and encountered an issue immediately upon unboxing. I had to return it to the repair service at my expense, which meant I lost access to it for three weeks. Upon its return, I received no report explaining the cause of the problem.
I can't provide feedback yet as I haven't received my order. It would be helpful if the app could notify me by 8 AM on the day of delivery, indicating whether it will arrive in the morning or afternoon. I visited a local store and found their service to be very helpful.
