Review Time
Wearing a garment once for 2 hours, under normal conditions and having the fabric come apart from the seams is unacceptable. Then to tell me there's nothing that can be done to replace an obvious faulty piece of clothing is horrible business. This company should standby their merchandise and be able to at bare minimum provide some type of compensation or discount. I wasn't even asking for a refund, I loved the pants but with this type of quality I wouldn't dare buy another pair at full price. I hope everyone reads this. Please beware of this merchant, the quality is trash and they have horrible customer service. They don't stand by their product's in quality or with it's durability. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
CANCELED a jacket, they sent it anyway and it was the wrong one. I ordered a Bears, they seems me a Browns. Amazon won't allow me to review the item. On Amazon, literally only 1 review that's magically 5 stars but you can't view it. DO NOT BUY from this scammy company
I placed an order on 9/15/2025 and it is now 10/2/2025 — order has not been received although it is supposed to be coming from New York to Texas. BBB reviews are terrible with MANY similar experiences. I’m now going through my bank to dispute the charges. Will also try getting Pay Pal to refund my money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM teamprostandard.com. I discovered too late there is no shipping information on their website — as in estimate shipping times. In addition, they do not have a phone number (only an email) to try to address issues.Received an email response back first telling me to expect by 10/1/2025 then someone else sent an email stating that was “misinformation” and it would be 10/1/2025–10/6/2025.
I ordered from ProStandard on August 31st as a gift for a birthday. The order was processed quickly, but despite paying $9.95 for shipping, the package isn’t scheduled to arrive until September 16th — over two weeks later — for an item shipping from New York to West Virginia.This was extremely disappointing. A gift meant for a special occasion will now arrive far too late, and the slow shipping time for the cost charged is unacceptable.I reached out to customer service hoping for a reasonable explanation or at least a refund of the shipping fee. They continued to tell me that my order would arrive on the 16th and that shipping is 10-15 days and all orders are shipped the same, which is a lie.

I think they are fakeI tried to buy from the site, the money was charged without completing the order or sending confirmation of completion of the purchase!I have sent to them more than once through the means of communication on the site without any response from them and now I am still stuck.I advise never to deal with them.
