The worst consumer experience I’ve witnessed. Ordered 5 t-shirts in May 2025 and still not received them as of January 2026. I’ve emailed multiple times and “Lynn” keeps apologising stating they are working on it. I’m now in the process of emailing the money saving expert Martin Lewis and will be telling my story on every possible social media platform.
I ordered from this store twice before and received the products as described and excellent quality for the price I paid. Granted, they came from overseas which explains the long wait times. HOWEVER, I placed a third order back in March (8 MONTHS AGO) and I've requested a status update MULTIPLE times since, to which they nicely replied and said they'd elevate my concern and let me know when they have an update. They say that EVERY time, and I never received an update. I finally requested a refund 3 weeks ago was told I'd receive it in a matter of days, never received it, inquired on its status, and they since finally went completely silent. I was a loyal supporter of this merchant, but they have clearly given up. I would NOT recommend purchasing from them.
It will be a year soon that Lynn (the residetn BOT) tells me that she (it's ) is sorry... and that she understands my frustration. An auto reply will most probably be added to my text. It will says that they truly understand my frustration bla bla bla...A FRAUD!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!!
I would give it a 0 if possible. I received a defective item, probably a manufacture error. I ordered a jacket that was way too long and sleeves were short. It was not as described on the website. After multiple back and forth emails, customer service offered a full refund back in March 2025. We are now approaching the month of October and I keep receiving the same excuses, that my refund is still being processed. Customer service is a complete sham, I don’t even think it’s a real person answering my emails. They clearly do not stand by their products, really not worth the risk.
SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!Do not order from this website. I ordered February 1st and still haven't received anything. All answers from Customer Service Center are excuses for warehouse issues. Refund was promised on August 4th within 9 days. Nothing happened and website meanwhile is unavailable!
