Review Time
I purchased a mirror and asked the sales boy for double tap to mount the mirror on wall. He get me the double tap that cost 5£ . After arriving home I realized it will not work. 2 days later I visited the shop again and told there that I need a heavy duty double tap to mount the mirror on the wall. This time sales girl at the counter assured me about the double tap that cost me 7.65 £ and that was a hell again.
How ridiculous is this, to mount the 12 pound mirror b&m have wasted my 12.65 £. If the staff is not sure that the double tap they have in store is not appropriate for mounting the mirror atleast they should not misguide the customers . My both visits were waste of time and money. I will not recommend this .
I cannot log on my trade account and there is no one to help!
As a trade customer I am suppose to get 10% discount. The discount given is always less than 10%. There is no one with authority to address this problem.
The staff is nice but not well trained or authorised.
To honest i have a trade point membership like i do with Wickes and with trade point you are expecting us to spend a certain amount,
This is well before you decide its worth rewarding us with a 5% discount from our monthly spend!!!!
I Can go to wickes and they will give you 10% discount immediately before any thing as been purchased....how do you rate that? i would say its worth at least *****,s
The fact that you have to have a minimum spend in BNQ monthly to keep your discount is ridiculous. Stopped shopping at BNQ solely for this reason. Wickes is the place where once you’re a tradesperson, you’re always guaranteed the 10% discount.
The Click & Collect service excels at misleading you into thinking your items are ready, but once you arrive at the store, you're left to find them on your own. I asked seven different staff members for aisle locations, and not a single one could help, not even the security guard. How can he oversee an aisle if he doesn't even know where it is?
The discount scheme offered by the company is somewhat uninviting for smaller purchases unless you're making a large order. If you don't reach the discount threshold, it can be more cost-effective to shop elsewhere, where trade members receive a discount on any purchase, regardless of the amount.
