I have been using this service for many years. I also subscribe to the recording option, as we often prefer to watch recordings instead of live TV. Aside from the occasional glitch every few months, it functions excellently and offers great value.
I'm shocked that for the second time in just a week, I'm unable to watch anything. Currently, it's Tuesday night at 9pm CET, and I can't access any channels on any device. My favorite show has just started, and there's no support available for troubleshooting during this time.

I've had this service for a few years. I currently can't access my account after trying to update my payment information. It keeps giving me a server error. I've received an email stating that support is only available Monday to Friday from 9 to 5. I've been trying to resolve this for almost two weeks and I'm completely locked out.
I hadn't encountered issues with this service for a while until today when I tried to watch the news and only saw a black screen. I attempted to contact support but received the usual error message. Ironically, I was considering a yearly subscription based on its previous performance, but now I'm very disappointed.
Usually, this service works well for me, but today it opened without playing anything. No channels or recordings available. It's frustrating that support is not available on weekends when most issues seem to arise! However, I'm now very impressed and satisfied as everything is functioning correctly again. I received an email explaining that a server update caused the issue and an apology for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service, thank you!
