MY WARNING TO ANYONE INTERESTED IN APPLYING FOR THE COURSE:
First of all, the TEFL Universal website submitted my final assessment when I wasn't even halfway done with it. I emailed them immediately for help, and still haven't gotten a response. I know that they say that retakes aren't allowed. But I must say that they don't even deserve to exist if they cannot let you retake it for accidental submission or technical issues.
They should let me retake it, because I wasn't even halfway done when it submitted on its own somehow!
Second of all. I still didn't receive my certificate. I am quite certain that these reviews are fake. They don't even have an official support chat.
Absolutely chocolate teapot. If you need this certification you can get anyone to pass it for you. There is no real exam. My wife tried to pay for the course but they didnt accept her cards. Then i paid for it with my card. And now i have a certification and they say they can not change it to the person who actually did all the work they just said "then it should be easy for you to do it again" They might be accredited but this is nothing but a money machine. Stay way clear of this company!

The courses with TEFL Universal were fantastic! The content was clear, engaging, and well-structured, making it easy to learn and complete. I feel fully prepared to start teaching thanks to how practical and well-organized everything was. Highly recommend to anyone considering a TEFL qualification!
Tefl Universal is a great institution. The course is very educational and provided me with some wonderful insights into teaching English. Customer service team was very helpful, Paul took the time to answer my questions with detailed and considered responses.

I recently purchased the 150-hour TEFL course, but I have not yet received any login details or confirmation email to access the platform.I had issues of my name not appearing but have been contacted via email, and this has been resolved.Thank youSimi
