I ordered a lambswool vest, but what arrived was made of cheap synthetic fleece, completely different from the online image. When I requested return information, I was met with numerous terms and conditions, and I had to bear the return shipping costs to Canada. After expressing my dissatisfaction about the misleading product description, they offered me a 35% refund, which I rejected in favor of a full refund and return at their expense. Unsurprisingly, they seem reluctant to accept the return! Now I'm just waiting for my refund.
I ordered jeans that appeared fantastic in the images for €66, but when they arrived, they were nothing like what I expected. The quality was extremely poor, featuring a flimsy zipper that hardly functions and lacking a buttonhole altogether. When I requested a full refund, I was informed that they intentionally don't cut a hole for the button to maintain the jeans' shape. Instead, I was offered a 10% refund and a 50% voucher or the option to return them to a distant address that could cost up to €80! Avoid at all costs!
I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. My partner gifted me a dressing gown, but the quality was disappointingly low for the price. We ended up paying £23 in postage to return it to Canada because they required a tracking number. Very unsatisfactory experience.

Terrible experience; I received my order but paid £54 for a cheap imitation, despite the company confirming in an email that it was 'authentic.' I repeatedly asked to initiate the returns process, but they ignored my requests. Eventually, they acknowledged it but informed me I'd need to pay between €20-€80 to return the item to Canada, along with a long list of conditions and time limits for the refund. The tracking info indicates the order shipped from Guangdong, China.
