Review Time
I've recently relocated to Milan and maybe it's just my standard of Customer Service from years of living in North America and Asia is just too high for Italy, but I can't say my experience with Tekworld.it was wonderful.Ok, I admit, I made a typo in my phone number when I placed the order, but if you have my email, why would you wait 10 days until I've sent you multiple emails and called you several times to tell me you couldn't get ahold of me by phone. You had my email all along...wouldn't it have been logical to contact me about this issue?!Anyways, finally today, 17 days after they they received my order and took my payment, I received the washing machine. Sure there was Christmas and New Years in there, but when you're moving into a new place and need to do laundry, it's an awful long time to wait...If you're fluent in Italian and you can communicate well, perhaps Tekworld.it is a good place for you - their prices are excellent, I'll give them that. If you're an expat like me just trying to learn Italian, you might want to stick to another supplier.
