Item has arrived broken, the shop is not respecting return telling that I have not checked the pack up on arrival even if from outside everything looked good.
Booked delivery with appointment, courier has not respected booking and just showed up when was at work, it happened for 2 days in a row, finally managed to get the item delivered on the 3rd day just to discover that the washing machine has one foot broken. Avoid if you don't want to be disappointed.

I purchased a washing machine and it never came. I'm asking for my money back now. The truth is that either the washing machine doesn't really exist or they are too lazy and don't want to work to deliver it to me. I paid for the shipping as well. Garbage business
I bought an induction hob from Tekworld, at a good price. It was delivered intact on the promised day, well packaged on a pallet. Their communications have been good. With other companies, one often receives endless thinly disguised marketing emails confirming your order, thanking you for your order, offering discounts on other purchases etc. None of that with Tekworld, to the point that I became concerned and contacted the help desk. A very rapid reply was forthcoming, with the information I needed. I wholeheartedly recommend.
The product I selected was the same that gave me over 15yrs of constant service and this was a replacement, I am very happy with the the one that has arrived, it is the same quality and excellent value. The delivery was very fast and ordering was also very easy.
I purchased a washer, dryer, and refrigerator for delivery and installation. The website said that everything would arrive and be installed by July 29 at our house. BRT delivered the products to Ekotruck for last mile delivery on July 24. It then took 8 emails and at least as many phone calls to finally get the products delivered to our house on August 9. Every time I would talk to Tekworld or Ekotruck the story would change on when the products would be delivered. Once they were finally delivered, the dryer was broken. I messaged Tekworld who said they would refund the dryer and 1/6 of the cost of the shipping because they didn't have the dryer any more. They wouldn't even refund a third of the shipping cost, no offer of compensation for the headache, no offer to provide a different dryer. The good part was that their customer service was responsive throughout the process and the refund was prompt. This is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of less. Will use a different company in the future though.
