Telsim does not support google pixel 9 pro. Before the activation process of the esim was completed, I asked to cancel my order and a refund, but support didn't help on that. They charged me for a service that I couldn't use. The list of supported devices is limited.
This company is a scam. I was travelling for two weeks , no cover in all the way down to Northern Territory to Adelaide , and when I arrived it's said; that I run off data's ???????? How??????? Now I was sleeping , and I receive a message at 3 am while I was sleeping that I use all my data's. I have being with Telsim 3 years and was def filthy not like this , I'm swapping companies , scammers
Bought a eSIM for traveling around in Australia, won’t recommend this firm it workes in Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane everything in the middle or more south NONE existents Horrible internet even in the cities keeps jumping on and off Stay away from Telsim YOU can find a better firm!
Purchased a sim card, and then when I went to activate it, they told me that the email address which I have been using for the last 20 years 'is not valid'.Then proceed to tell me I should register for a gmail account. Since when do I have to have a gmail account just to buy a sim card!Then told me that they wouldn't give me a refund !!!!
