I purchased a tend product at the end of November and attempted a return December 1, 2025. It is now Feb 4th 2026 and I have still not received a return label. I have been in contact with Kim at Tend customer service and she continues to assure me that she is "working with their Canada partners to produce a return label". This wait is absolutely unreasonable. I highly encourage anyone to not purchase from tend global.
I’m extremely let down by the so-called “90-day, no-hassle return policy.” When I attempted to return my purchase, I was repeatedly informed of “technical issues” with generating a return label, and there was no follow-up or genuine solution provided. What was supposed to be an easy process has turned into a series of delays and excuses. I simply want the company to adhere to the policy they advertise and make returns easier for customers.
