Review Time
Very good service. I have been let down by meet and greet services before, but the representative I spoke to genuinely cared about meeting me on time. There was no waiting around, and my car was well looked after (a bit muddy when I picked it up, but that’s to be expected).
I booked through a third-party site but will definitely book directly next time. With an early flight from Heathrow, they were waiting for us at 4:30 AM! Upon our return to the UK, we had a short wait since we had no luggage. The car handover was quick and efficient. Smooth and effective service; I will certainly use them again when flying from Heathrow.
This was my best experience with a meet and greet service. They were waiting for me to drop my car on my departure and it was seemless. Upon return, the car was waiting when i entered the car park. I will be using them in future without question, in February and once again in March. Thank you 10 10 and j give you 11 out if 10!
Great experience with Ten ten. We had to change our plans and land earlier and they accommodated us and even met us at a different terminal due to flight change. They were already waiting for us and we never had to wait at all when we dropped car off or picked it up. We will be using again on our next trip
I booked for meet & Greet with another company (mentioning no names) and when I rang them to say I had arrived where I was supposed to meet them they never showed. I used this company last minute who were fantastic and basically life savers as we had 20 minutes to check in after waiting for the other company who never showed. Made payment there and then, they took my car with no fuss and were v professional. My car was there and waiting for me as soon as I walked out. Friendly professional service will definitely only use them going forward. They weee great.
The facility was satisfactory and offered excellent value for the price. The staff at the entry point were welcoming and professional, which enhanced the overall experience. I would certainly consider using this facility again, as it is well worth the cost.
