The facilitator ( Mr. Fareed) is practical , impacts knowledge in a simple manner and wants everyone to be successful.Beyond trade analysis, he engages in pep talks and trading advice.I have been on the Tentrade Breakfast session for about two weeks anchored by Mr. Fareed/Farid and what I described above has been my experience.
