The worse worse car insurance I've ever had. Got into a wreck they wanted me to send 12 document which I've tirelessly worked on and did from state farm, these guys did my gap insurance and now they won't confirm all my paper work just loop after loop and time is almost up and I'll be stuck with the GAP! I paid to have covered!!! Shisty Business!!!
I wasn’t sure how that day was going to go honestly, by the time this came about I was very discouraged but when these guys got ahold of it has been the exact opposite of how difficult 99.9% is of vehicle purchases I’ve made and that’s a testament in and of itself. I would say I’ve had more stressful days waiting in line at the dollar store than I had working with this team.
I want to start off by saying Thank You for trusting me! The past year has been just awful, your company gave me a reason to keep fighting for my life. I didn't have a license for 11 yrs. I had to redo the written and road test . The day that I received my license in the mail,was the same day I drove my new car off your lot! I was so excited, I felt like I was 17 all over again. That was 40 yrs ago 😊. I can go on forever but I think you can get the picture. Thank you for helping people when no one else would! God bless you all 😊🤗
Received misleading information from the customer service team... Felt pressured when my vehicle was deemed totaled by the insurance... The company unnecessarily delayed the title information, which held up the settlement process... They tried to propose a settlement after I received $31,282 from the insurance and contributed $2,641 myself... I wasn't informed that the remaining $550 would be considered a loan default if I accepted the proposed settlement from the representative... It's crucial to improve the training for customer service representatives... Additionally, you must stop taking advantage of your customers... Or not...
