And also, no issue of payment denials once you follow their rules and the beautiful things about them is you got your payment the same day if you request for payout within the business hour .....
What I appreciate about the service is their hands-on coaching, particularly the free FX training offered to customers. These sessions could easily cost around $250 elsewhere. The dedication shown by the coaching team is truly commendable. They exhibit remarkable patience, thoughtfully addressing questions that might seem basic to others, always responding with seriousness and respect. Instead of frustration, they encourage inquiries, highlighting the importance of each question. Their interpersonal skills are exceptional. I also value the reasonable pricing of the funded accounts and enjoy the occasional promotions they provide. Overall, the platform is doing a fantastic job of empowering individuals through funded accounts and especially through daily coaching and training sessions. On the downside, I find the daily earnings cap of 2.5% somewhat limiting. It wasn't always this way, and revising it to at least 5% would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, the current limit of 20% withdrawable per month could be increased to about 30%, allowing for 15% every two weeks, which would be fantastic. These are my honest thoughts. It's crucial for potential users to know that the service is actively delivering. It is reliable and trustworthy.

After I complied, I received no further communication. Despite sending several tickets, there has been no response. I even emailed the representative who contacted me three times, but still no reply. My concerns involve the slippage, high spreads, and a peculiar tactic regarding spreads that only I seem to notice, as stated by the office. I am aware that management will read this feedback. I want to clarify that my intention is not to insult the service but to express my dissatisfaction with the inadequate treatment and the failure to address recognized issues. Their typical response has been, "Don't work with us, or we'll close your account." Promises to resolve these problems have gone unfulfilled. When the service does reach out, it's only through my account manager, who is the most helpful person at the office. She is kind, easy to work with, and attentive to resolving issues while keeping me informed about solutions. I am seeking compensation for the troubles caused by these issues. Thank you very much. ❤️
