Review Time
I ordered on August 19, and nearly a month has passed without clear tracking information. Customer service responses have been vague, and it feels risky to buy here. I’ve sent several emails with little response. I finally received my order, but I had concerns about what I would find. The watch looks well-made, but I was surprised to see no clear case back to view the movement. Overall, it’s beautiful, but a more proactive approach from the company would have improved my experience. I'm unlikely to order again.
I ordered on July 23 and received my watch on August 23. For a custom-mod sent from overseas, the timing was reasonable. Customer support was responsive, although I found it odd they needed to confirm my address again. Regarding authenticity, I understand that not all parts may be genuine; the movement lacks the 'Seiko' branding, and being assembled in Vietnam raises some flags. Nonetheless, the watch looks beautiful, though the alignment is slightly off and there's a smudge inside the glass. The day display alternates between English and Hebrew, which I had to figure out. Overall, I'm mostly happy with the watch and hope it lasts!
I love my watch! Initially I gave them a hard time for not having my watch set to my time in California. That’s when I came around. From the moment I ordered my watch to when it arrived, I was kept informed of where my watch was in the overall process. I appreciate them for that! I had a question and sent an email. It was promptly answered with exactly what I was looking for in that answer! I am looking forward to purchasing from them again very soon. I am very happy with my modded Seiko … I don’t need to spend thousands of dollars on a watch when I love the Seiko product! Thank you TGM Watch

The company keeps sending generic emails and ignores my follow-ups.This is nothing but fraud and false promises. They take your money, delay endlessly, and never deliver the product.After months of waiting and wasted time, I can confirm this company is highly unprofessional and deceptive.Do NOT trust them. Do NOT waste your money here.Update: I would like to confirm that I have finally received the watch. I kindly advise the company to improve its delivery timelines, as the delay I experienced was disappointing and does not reflect well on the overall customer experience.
I have ordered and paid for my watch and never received it. I have sent multiple emails and the only answer I get is to confirm my address which I already did 4 times! They even claim that Google Maps can't find my address!! (I live on this address in a rather big city for more than 17 years and receive packages like once or twice a week without any problems whatsoever!). I also contacted Seiko Int. and they explained to me very clearly what kind of company they are: they use parts of Seiko watches (the name!) and modify these with their own fabricated stuff. Completely unreliable and Seiko is not affiliated in any means with this company. I also informed my creditcard company to investigate so hopefully I will get my money back. I should have known better since they advertise only via Instagram. The few 5 star reviews on here are rather suspicious (all by 'people' who have never placed any review!). *Update: I finally recieved my watch today (July 17th). I have to admit it looks well made eventhough it's not exactly like the model on the website because the weekdays are mentioned in French!! (I can live with that). I also discovered that the package it sent from Vietnam (Hanoi) where the watch is supposedly made so I can only hope it will last longer than a few weeks! On the back of the watch is nothing inscripted so as I mentioned before: it's a modified watch with the name Seiko on the plate. The contents of the box are looking proffesional like a cloth for the watch, spare parts for attaching the wristband to the watch and a little screwdriver. I also received the 10% discount for a next order which I won't be using since this whole ordeal of ordering and sending emails back and forth took forever. I have adjusted my review from 1 star to three because it's fair to say I did recieved the watch. I do have to mention one thing: I bought my watch for €216. I just checked the website and the price for this same model is now €263,95 but they give a "discount" of €44 so you still pay €219,95....makes you wonder.****ANOTHER UPDATE****As almost expected (!) the watch stopped working after only ONE day! Even more strange: the date switched from the 18th to the 22nd overnight! Weekdays are in mixed languages: from Jeudi to Friday. I can't even start to express how I feel by being scammed of my hard-earned money by these Vietnamese hustlers. Back to 1 star (although that's even too much!) DO NOT BUY!**AGAIN UPDATE**I let them know the watch is not working properly (if you do not wear it for less than a day I stops working.) Their response is that an automated watch should be worn all the time and otherwise you have to wind it up every time you start wearing it!! One other fact you can clearly see that it's a piece of cr*p is that some of the numbers of the month have a different look than others. They now want me to return the watch to the USA! If that is not bad enough I have to pay for postage myself and I also get a ton of instructions of what to do. The most comical one is the fact that I have to provide them with a tracking number which they could not give me when I asked for it multiple times. I really do not know how much more proof you need to realize these are shady people who try to rob you of your hard-earned money. I am sadly robbed of €216!
My watch just arrived this month. There have been layers of delays in delivery, which to be honest, have been acknowledged by the seller who contacted me to apologize and to apply an unsolicited discount. This shows seriousness. But let's get to the object that is at the center of my interest in this review. The watch looks exactly as in the photos in the ad, the style, colors and details are exactly as seen in the photos and in the short videos. The package was very well done, with double protection for the box that contained it and for the watch itself. Apart from the delay to which the apologies received give little importance, I am very satisfied with the watch. I have very precise tastes in the watches that I like, this is a beautiful watch that meets my expectations.
