I ordered a complete set of irons, but I received just one club. How is that possible? The representatives seemed indifferent, and if you don’t keep following up, you won’t get any answers. How can a company send out an incomplete order? Just one club, with no proper explanation for it! Waiting for a response takes ages.

I used a gift card to buy two different items over the past two months, but the company hasn’t delivered either, even weeks after ordering. Each customer service representative promises to update me in a couple of hours, but they never follow through. It’s clear they don’t plan to ship my items and don’t care about their customers. I can confidently say this is a fraudulent operation.
The worst experience ever! I ordered and paid, received a promise for a shipping date, but when I called, they were unsure if it was even available. I only ordered shoes first, but I left $3000 worth of new clubs in my cart because I won’t order from them again.
A total disaster. Their communication is vague and they shift responsibility. I ordered custom clubs and was told they would ship in 1-2 weeks. After a week, I was informed the order hadn’t even been sent. Once it was sent, I was told I’d receive an update. Another five days passed, and the website still said ‘in process’. When I called again, I was given a new shipping date that was five weeks from my order date. I feel the company is well aware of these delays and is just making us wait. Be cautious!
Absolutely horrible. The negative reviews are accurate. I wish I had done more research before ordering. I bought an item months ago, and the shipping date kept changing. After numerous follow-ups, I suddenly received an email stating my order was canceled with no explanation. After multiple inquiries, I was told there wasn't enough inventory, even though it was a special order item. This seems to be a common issue; they sell items they don’t actually have. STAY AWAY!
I ordered a set of irons and only received the 7 iron. Customer service informed me that I'd need to return the 7 iron before they would send the complete set. I returned it, but still haven’t received my original order. It’s been two weeks, and I wanted my new clubs for my vacation. The experience has been a complete disaster, and I would not recommend making any purchases here!
I ordered a pair of golf shoes and my order seems to have been lost, despite having an order number and payment hold. The chat support found my order, but the warehouse won’t respond about shipping dates. It’s frustrating how hard it is to process an order or get answers about fulfillment. The employees seem disengaged and incompetent, and the CEO appears unaware of the poor service levels. If you claim to be a premier online store, it’s time for some serious changes.
If I could choose zero stars, I would. I ordered two clubs with 2-day shipping, and a week later, they are still 'processing' despite my daily calls. There’s no connection between customer service and the warehouse, and I’m still waiting for my refund.
