If I could, I’d give it a zero star.
I had an issue with a payment and I need that money back to my account but no one is responding. There’s no support during weekend time and the chat box is like talking to a wall. No one replies either by chat nor by email and they have no other way to contact them. I asked my company if they can contact them as they probably have a direct support and nothing, they won’t reply to them either. Truly an awful customer service.

Cool concept, but the benefits (such as Medicash) take a long time to activate, and the customer support team is extremely slow to respond and resolve issues. Such a shame, I wish they could get better because the service makes perfect sense.
I need to amend a benefit that can only be done via contacting ThanksBen customer support. The only available route is asking an AI chatbot to connect you to a human. I've asked for a human multiple times this week and, whilst the 'typical response time' is allegedly a matter of hours, I have not received a response all week. My matter is time sensitive so frankly this a complete joke and I'll definitely be raising this complaint with my HR team.
The web tool / process is simple enough to follow, it looks good. But then it goes wrong.As an employee with benefits, when you have opted in, you expect them to be there, to use.I thought I had family Medical cover, the Ben portal says I do and it's been active for some time, but the Medical insurance company behind this didn't have any details of cover. I tried contacting "Ben" via the portal, responses are slow (waiting hours), all to be left hanging saying "it's with our admin team". No updates, no nothing. So far today 4 hours waiting for a chat response from an agent.For someone who requires urgent cover under a policy they thought they had, this is completely unacceptable.Have raised a complaint with "Ben"
Frequently experience issues with my Thanks Ben portal, as well as my Thanks Ben digital wallet / card getting declined, leaving me unable to spend on it.When issues do arise, fixes are very slow, and the onlyway of getting updates is by chasing their support daily, but only to get an update that there is no update.My latest issue is that my employer offers cycle to work, but when I click on the benefit the page never loads. After chasing support for a week, they advised a fix had been made but now the benefit has been completely removed from my portal!
