I ordered several custom clothing items from That T-Shirt Company after previously having a good experience with them.
This time, the printing method had changed, resulting in a raised, plasticky texture with no disclosure of this change on their website. One hoodie was also produced in the wrong fabric color.
I sent at least a dozen emails and left phone messages about these issues and received no response whatsoever.
Once payment was made, there was no customer service and no accountability. I do not recommend this company.

we have used this company two times. First time was a good experience, a year later horrible experience. Thousand dollar order. several shirts the wrong size than ordered. for the entire summer they would not return emails or answer the phone. Buyer beware
We received our order and the sweaters we selected were not what we received. We ordered Gildan sweaters and we received Fruit of the Loom ($10 cheaper brand) Emailed them twice, no response, I have tried calling twice, left messages, no response.Would not recommend!!!They should’ve called to notified me if no stock available, offered a different brand and credit me the difference, would have been better.
I ordered a big order of sweatshirts and sweatpants with a custom design for a group. I had several calls with the company because I was worried about a misprint of the pants, something I’ve experienced before with custom orders. I ordered both the sweatshirt and pants on a nicer brand material because they were meant to last and be higher quality. The clothing arrived misprinted the same way I was worried about, all done on gildan (the least expensive and most basic) materials, completely not what I wanted. I got some money back from complaining to them, still out $1000+ and have tons of useless clothing and did not have time to redo with another company, the whole experience of having coordinated merchandise for this group was ruined.
I ordered a sweater as a gift and needed it to arrive by a certain date, and the expected delivery date was well within my timeframe. However on the expected delivery date I received an email saying my order had just been shipped. I saw these poor reviews and panicked and called them. The man on the other end, David, was very sympathetic and offered me a refund immediately as well as let me know the tracking said it should still arrive on time. I declined the refund at that time and let him know I would keep in touch as the order was set to arrive next week. Sure enough my order arrived in time and it was very soft and well manufactured.
