Order placed but not fulfilled within the promised timeframe, causing me to miss a significant date. I requested to cancel the order, but was informed that cancellations are not accepted. I referenced consumer rights, which state that a buyer can cancel for a full refund if a company fails to meet delivery timelines. The company ceased communication, and later dispatched the item. I returned it but was charged a returns fee, resulting in a total cost of £7 for shipping and returns due to their failure to adhere to their own timelines. Very disappointing service.
Frustrating delivery experience. I ordered last year and faced a delay attributed to holiday sales. This year, I ordered well in advance of holiday sales, and as of December 3rd, my order still hasn't shipped. I've tried emailing for help with no response, and the store couldn't assist either. I understand delays can happen, but it's frustrating when delivery times are not met consistently. I'm unsure if my order will ever arrive.
