Very bad experience with this company, STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS! The UK ‘London’ VPSs deliberately marketed through misleading advertising on their website do not actually provide a London IP address, but the servers are based in Coventry, which could be a problem for many, as it provides a Coventry IP address.I did everything I could to explain through the chat support that this could be a decisive factor in whether or not to subscribe, resulting in a request for a refund of the amount spent (and this happened the next day, as soon as I noticed the inconsistency through IP verification), but of course it was all in vain, as they claim to have provided the service in full. And I agree with that, they provided a full service... of deceptive crap.I CAN'T GIVE THEM LESS THAN ONE STAR because they would have deserved it.NEVER AGAIN
I've been using the predecessor PQ.Hosting for like 2 or 3 years without any major issues. But soon after it was changed to THE.Hosting they shut down all my services without any warning or notice period whatsoever requiring to do a KYC process to restore the services.So better don't use this provider for anything critical or even better avoid in general.
