The upload speeds on their VPS server are extremely slow. During regular working hours, the upload speed can drop to as low as 2Mbps, averaging around 5Mbps. Their support was helpful (hence the 2 stars) and acknowledged the issue, but there is no estimated time for a fix. They are aware of the problem with their infrastructure but continue to sell it. They are also unwilling to provide a refund.
This is the best hosting service I've encountered in the last 10 years! I had been searching for this type of reliable hosting for years, avoiding corporate options like others. Discovering this service has been a pleasure for me.
I used their previous service for 2 years without any issues, but after the switch to the new hosting, I have encountered numerous problems such as downtime and account suspensions without warning. They suspended my server again yesterday, and I have yet to receive a response from support. This has been incredibly frustrating for both me and my users, as I have a significant number of them relying on my service. A very disappointing experience!
My account was unexpectedly suspended, and I was instructed to complete KYC verification. The verification link did not work, and support then requested that I upload my ID, a selfie, and a handwritten note directly in a support ticket. There was no secure upload portal, no encryption — just a plain ticket thread. They also restrict access to your data and do not allow you to withdraw any remaining balance once this happens. Such behavior is completely unacceptable for a VPS provider.

Our company has been working with VPS service providers for over 10 years. We have half a dozen providers in the EU, and as all honest EU companies know, the primary business identification in the EU is the VAT number, which is verified by a central EU database that certifies companies. Any company operating in the EU knows this. When this company asks us for a KYC check, the first question that arises is: who the hell is KYC? We've never heard of such a thing. Furthermore, in many EU countries, it is prohibited by law to request copies of identification documents. There are various forms of certification, but it's definitely not KYC. And everything is shady, including the 5% fees on any payment method (no provider has ever charged us this), which are only announced upon registration. Reading the other comments here, you can already see that we weren't a case gone wrong. It smells like a scam, it tastes like a scam, so it must be a scam. Regrettable...
Do NOT buy VPS from this company! They make false claims.I purchased a VPS that they advertised as having a node in Brazil. As soon as it was activated, I measured 250ms latency — which clearly means the server is actually in Europe, with only an IP geolocated in Brazil.When I requested a refund, instead of resolving the issue, they blocked my entire account.This is absolutely dishonest behavior. And those who write fake positive reviews to trick others are just as dishonest.I am certain my review will be deleted, but I had to warn others.Hopefully, The.Hosting will at least spend my money on medicine.
