Fast, Quick & Efficient

Pretty good customer service in the chat box. Helpful and managed to give me the details on the location of the product. Speaking from experience, the shipping was quick to Europe (5 working days). The product was packaged quite good, wrapped in think layers of bubble wrap. The durability prevent the product from getting broken during the shipping process. Would buy again from them!

I’m relatively new to the anime scene and I’ve never ordered a figure before so I was a bit apprehensive because they’re a lot costlier than what I’m used to and I didn’t want to order a bootleg by mistake. I wanted something from Death Note and found The Animetal and was surprised at their selection as on other UK sites they don’t have many figures. I ordered a Misa figure and it came incredibly quick, protected to death in bubble wrap and with a free cute little Death Note badge set (thanks!). Great customer service, relatively cheap in comparison to other places and super quick delivery. I will definitely order from them again.

Good prices and great service!

In the middle of a pandemic, I had the brilliant idea to buy an Haikyuu figure. The Japanese postal service suspended delivery to my country, so I had to find an European shop. Long story short, I found exactly what I wanted, the item was very carefully packed, in the original box, and the shipping was very fast. They even included a cool cloth face mask, for free, and at a time when they were quite rare items!
